Return Policy
Savvy Knowledge Systems Corp. warrants that our CD-ROM products will perform by the minimum equipment requirement listed on the product for 90 days from the date of receipt. Within 30 days of purchase you can return an unopened title along with proof of purchase to Savvy Knowledge Systems Corp. Savvy Knowledge Systems Corp. will either return the purchase price paid or replace the product upon return to us of a defective copy of the product.

Shipping Policy
Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours and normally sent by air mail. The client should expect to receive their order within 7 to 10 business days within North America. Overseas deliveries may take longer. Clients may request special delivery and rates will be negotiated accordingly.
